THE AGREEMENT: The use of the digital platforms, including the website (which
encompasses all its pages and features, including the blog), and mobile applications (iOS and
Android) provided by Cotivate LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), are subject to the
following Privacy Policy (hereinafter the “Agreement” or the “Privacy Policy”), all parts and
subparts of which are specifically incorporated by reference here.This Agreement shall govern
the use of all pages and features on the website, including the blog (hereinafter collectively
referred to as “Website”), any services provided by or on the Website, as well as the use of the
Company’s mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as “Mobile Apps”). Collectively, the
Website and Mobile Apps will be referred to as “Digital Platforms”. The term “Digital
Platforms” shall encompass all services, features, and functionalities provided by the Company
through the Website and Mobile Apps.
Your personal information is utilized solely to enhance and deliver the services of the
Digital Platforms. By engaging with the Digital Platforms, you consent to the collection and

Platforms, makes the Digital Platforms available to users. Cotivate LLC, Company, Us,
We, Our, Ours and other first-person pronouns will refer to the Company, as well as all
employees and affiliates of the Company.

B. You, the User, the Client: You, as the user of the Digital Platforms, will be referred to
throughout this Agreement with second-person pronouns such as You, Your, Yours, or as
User or Client.

C. Parties: Collectively, the parties to this Agreement (the Company and You) will be
referred to as Parties.

II. Information Collection And Use

During your interaction with our Digital Platforms, we might request you to share certain
personally identifiable information, which can be utilized to contact or identify you. This
information, known as “Personal Information,” may comprise, but is not limited to, details such
as your IP address, name, physical address, and email address.
