THE AGREEMENT: The use of the digital platforms, including the website (which

Android) provided by Cotivate
LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), are subject to the
following Privacy Policy
(hereinafter the “Agreement” or the “Privacy Policy”), all parts and

of which are specifically incorporated by reference here.This Agreement shall govern
the use of all
pages and features on the website, including the blog (hereinafter collectively

Company’s mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as “Mobile Apps”).
Collectively, the
Website and Mobile Apps will be referred to as “Digital Platforms”. The
term “Digital
Platforms” shall encompass all services, features, and functionalities

through the Website and Mobile Apps.

B. You, the User, the Client: You, as the user of the Digital Platforms, will be referred to
throughout
this Agreement with second-person pronouns such as You, Your, Yours, or as
User or Client.
C. Parties: Collectively, the parties to this Agreement (the Company and You) will be
referred to as
Parties.

During your interaction with our Digital Platforms, we might request you to share certain

identifiable information, which can be utilized to contact or identify you. This
information, known as
“Personal Information,” may comprise, but is not limited to, details such
